Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions/changes, or any other mental health concern, Sue will approach you with knowledge, compassion, and a safe and supportive environment to explore your thoughts and emotions. Sue has a client-centered approach, which helps individuals gain insight, develop coping skills, and work towards personal growth and healing.
