Sue Sexton Psychotherapy LLC is a Private Psychotherapy Practice that is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for Women and Children of all ages (5 years to adulthood) to explore their thoughts and feelings. Sue has worked with clients as a Licensed Psychologist since 2008. Prior to becoming Licensed, Sue worked with clients during her undergraduate and graduate studies, and opened her own Private Practice in 2010 where she works Full Time. With over 20 years of experience, Sue's practice is committed to helping clients navigate through life's challenges. She specializes in mindfulness stress reduction therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and play therapy, and offers a range of services to manage anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, PTSD, career challenges, health concerns, stress, ADHD, trauma, spirituality, gender identity, LGBT counseling, grief, loss, and other related issues.

- Sue is a Licensed Psychologist at the Master of Arts level, with the Minnesota Board of Psychology. She has been licensed since 2008.
- Sue obtained her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology in 2005 from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis MN. Sue obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2002 from The College of St. Benedict and St. Johns University in St. Joseph MN.
- Sue both lives and works in St. Paul MN.
- Sue has trained in a variety of clinical and school settings, helping her have the expertise to support a diverse variety of clients in all age ranges.
