I saw Sue for a Past Life Regression. As soon as I entered her office, she helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her voice was very soothing and I was able to enter a deep state of relaxation. I experienced a regression. After the process, Sue took adequate time to process the session with me. She made sure I was satisfied with the process and that I understood what happened. I also walked away with tools to proceed with in the future. It was a great experience. Life changing, in fact.
- Former PLR Client (Adult) My reason for writing is to let you know that I learned so much from you, I grew positively as a person. Time with you was life changing. I just want you to know how meaningful your work IS, and was to me. I know all careers have their challenges, so on your tough days, please know you help people move mountains.
- Former Adult Client I cannot recommend Sue highly enough. She is compassionate, kind, and very good at her work! Her commitment to learning new tools and incorporating them with regular therapy make her a leading edge therapist. If you are ready to make the big changes in your life then Sue is an excellent choice.
- Current Client's Parent A belated thank you for your work with my son. I so appreciate your creating a welcoming atmosphere right away for us and giving him some tips, even from the very beginning, while you were still in the assessment stage. The situation felt urgent to me, and it was nice to have something to act on right away. I'm sure you work with children with much more complex and difficult situations than our son’s. But, from our point of view, what you did for him was HUGE. He didn't feel he even knew who he was when we came to you last spring, and now he is back to himself. I can't thank you enough. I hope that he continues to feel okay, but if anything comes up, we certainly will come back to see you.”
- Former Adolescent Client (12 years old) “Thank you so much for helping our son. As you read the email from the school, it is clear how much progress he has made in the short time since school has started. I truly appreciated that you attended the school meeting with us both at the beginning and now as we check in again. Your insight is so important Sue! The changes from last school year to this school year are tremendous, it’s like he’s a new kid. We are so pleased with your support – thank you!
- Adolescent Client (11 years old) "Sue, I hope you know how much you have helped me. I really struggled during these past few years, but I started to feel better after we worked together. This journey has been hard at times but you always stood by me as I sorted it out. You are so good at what you do. Those kids at your new job are really lucky to have you! I will miss you. Thanks again for helping me."
- Former College Student Client My 9-year old daughter was struggling with chronic lying, bullying, telling stories, intense mood shifts, angry outbursts at me (mom), and ultimately dreamed about her dad and I getting back together some day (we separated). Sue was able to develop a great relationship with my daughter. She was able to listen to, understand, while also helping my daughter see how her behaviors were hurting her more than helping her get her needs met. She still would get upset sometimes, but through family therapy we worked out how to communicate our needs so both of us could hear and understand each other. When I remarried, my daughter had a hard time with this transition, but Sue helped her realize her step dad would not “replace” her dad, she didn’t have to worry about loyalties, nor take care of her parents. We really benefited from meeting with Sue. I would highly recommend her to anyone with a struggling child.
- Former Child Client’s Mother My two sons (7 and 10) began to work with Sue shortly after our divorce. Both of my sons were coping with the divorce in different ways, one became more depressed and shut down, while the other became more anxious and hyperactive. Sue was able to help them both understand what divorce is and how they are not to blame. In addition, she helped them build coping skills to manage their unique symptoms. She met with our son’s father and I to ensure we were feeling supported, we knew how to properly support our sons, and how to navigate our family change (we needed to take care of ourselves, in order to care for our sons). We really appreciated her umbrella of support during this difficult transition in our lives! - Former Child Client’s Mother
My past life regression session was great! Today I experienced a wonderful session with Sue. I was worried at first and then after introduction and explanations, I was not worried anymore. I gave the experience my all and gained a huge understanding of myself and came out of it fully relaxed! I didn't expect either of these two outcomes. I would HIGHLY recommend Sue to anyone. I encourage you to be open and she will take you on a journey that will be so rewarding! Thanks Sue!

I went to Sue Sexton no knowing much about Regression Therapy, but wanting to try it. I was immediately put at ease by her calm demeanor and confidence that we would learn something about me that would shed light on my personality and behaviors. She explained the process thoroughly, and although I generally have a hard time with relaxation, she was able to help me relax and experience my thoughts without fear. Sue guided my experience in a way that didn't interfere with it - I knew she was there, but she spoke only when I needed her to, to help with guidance. At the end, she provided me with some good feedback and that helped me understand the experience better! Thank you Sue!
